The Silence of the World

It took a bit longer, but I'm getting very experimental. I had a pretty nice photograph which I began the whole process with. Using that as a reference I painted over it and subtracted detail then I added the detail back in through a series of processes. Part of the method is computerized but much of it is done by hand. In the end, it's a mixture of both machine and human and this has been one of the themes of SideTrip as a painting series.
